Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and has its original tags attached. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method, less return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are not eligible for a refund on orders that were shipped on time and correctly.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@smithandquinn.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We review damaged or incorrect items on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.

SALE ITEMS (excluding Bridesmaids Dresses)

All sale items are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale-priced Bridesmaids Dresses may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the same return requirements outlined above.
